Transfer News: Wolves set to table bis for Leicester City Striker

Ahmed Musa

Efl Champions, Wolverhamton Wanderers are desperate to return to the Premier League with a much stronger side than this season, as they are currently being linked to Leicester City Loanee Ahmed Musa.

The Foxes out-of-favour forward has not been able to reach a considerable form for the club since his arrival from CSKA Moscow in the summer of 2016, but was loaned back to his Russian club, where found the back of the net six times in 10 league appearances.

With his future with the Foxes still uncertain, reports are currently covering that the Wolves will be gunning for the signing of the Nigerian forward, but will be facing a fierce competition with Turkish club Galatasaray, who are also interested in the striker.

During his time as a Leicester city forward, Musa was not recognised to be a deadly striker in front of goal as he could only manage two goals in 21 appearances for the club. But Wolves coach, Nuno Espirito Santo, who thinks the striker could be given a chance to redeem himself and improve himself, will be willing to put his card on the table for the Nigerian.

However, with Leo Bonatini and Benik Afobe playing for the Wanderers on loan from their repsective club and will be returning to their various clubs in the summer.

Having done his time in the English Top-Flight with the Leicester City, Ahmed Musa could be a very big risk for the Wolves, should they land a deal for the Striker.

Musa could very well improve in a Premier League team, if provided enough game-time with his fast pace and stamina, and could be a key player at the Molineux Stadium for the Wolves.
