“Attacking midfielder Carvalho, 21, has agreed to join The Reds for a club-record fee and will put pen to paper on a five-year deal from 1st July.
“Gonçalves, also 21, is a winger and will join Aitor Karanka’s side on a season-long loan deal from 1st July with the option to make it a permanent transfer at the end of the 2018-19 season.”
