After missing out on several games for the Leeds United, manager Thomas christiansen has come out to press to claim the possibility in which Ronaldo Vieira may finally gets a game against Bristol City in the weekend, since he’s been sidelined.
The Spanish manager revealed this when talking to the press in the pre-match conference ahead of the Championship match on Saturday, as he went on to say, via Yorkshire Evening Post: “Only Caleb is out, The rest are available.”
“Ronaldo Vieira is in the squad, He came from an injury. This week he has had the whole week and he is in the squad for the game tomorrow.”
The whites are currently sitting in the sixth position on the Championship table, while Bristol City are sitting in the fourth position. The clash in the weekend might just be a must win Leeds needs to clear out their poor performance this seasson, having lost four out of their last five matches, a poor run that saw them drop from the 1st position to the sixth in the League.
Leeds will be needing their star man to regain back their form, who is yet to star in a math for the whites this season due to the long-term injury.
The return of Vieira to the team could mean a possible change in formation for the Christiansen team, who has been using the 4-2-3-1 formation. Vieira arrival could see him jump back to the 4-3-3 tactics.
With Christiansen word claiming that the England youngster is available for selection in the game tomorrow, Vieira will be expected to return to his impressive form he had last season.
