Being a promising young defender, Wardrop was deemed for greatness in European football following his impressive performances and skills he developed through from being a Celtic Youth graduate.
Wardrop appeared for the Bhoys first team during the pre-season tour in a friendly against Lyon despite his impact in the match, the 20-year-old was loaned out to Scottish League One side Dumbarton FC.

The 20-year-old promising defender will now be playign his next football with the Dundee United having penned down two-year contract, he will be helping the Tannadice side gain back promotion to the Premiership.
Also in the news, Dundee United are also looking to sign another celtic player, Jack Aitchison, the youngest player to ever score for the Bhoys, but this time on a loan deal.
