German International and Liverpool midfielder, Emre Can has laid his claim and revealed that he is “honoured” to received a contract offer from the Serie A gaints Juventus – and the Liverpool fans were not happy about him honouring an offer outside the club.
With the Reds having failed numerous times to agree on a contract extension for the Bayern Munich graduate, the Merseysiders could lose the midfielder to the Serie A champions.
The Reds boss, Jurgen Klopp has been hoping on tying down his German midfielder for an extension at the Anfield Stadium, but the German star might just reject the contract and make a prenuptial agreement with the Bianconeri when the January transfer window comes around.
Juventus have been reported to be in the hunt for the German midfielder for a while and as reported fellow country man Sami Khedira is playing a role in making sure the Italian club lands his country mate at Turin.
The Merseysider’s supporters seems to have taken Emre comments as a possible departing words to the Liverpool club after three years spent with the English club since joining from Borussia Dortmund.

Emre Can says it was an honour to be linked with Juventus last summer. If #lfc don’t pull their finger out he’s gone this summer

With the 23-year-old midfielder future yet to be decided, with this links pointing him to the Juventus, maybe the Reds Boards could just consider offering him a deal. The Former Dortmund star is currently being deployed at the heart of the midfield of the Reds and a key figure in Klopp’s team, the German ability to keep a long hold on the ball and his power shot has seen him bettered Georginio Wijnaldum and Jordan Henderson in the midfield.
Can is still young and still have a long way to go in his career, with Liverpool playing a part in developing the midfielder in recent times, which could see him replace club legend Xabi Alonso.
The Merseysiders has played a big role in making Can the midfielder he is now, it won’t be wise now to release him out for sale in the Transfer window.
