Sky Sport: Allegri will be the Best replacement to Arsenal’s Arsene Wenger

Arsenal‘s long-term manger, Arsene Wenger released on Friday about his imminent departure by the end of the season.

Following this statement, the Gunners board will be cracking up head to look for a replacement for the French manager, with Skysports Punits, Dennis Wise and Danny Mills lining up some potential managers at the Emirates Stadium next season.

Wise and Mills discusses on the best managers that will fit the description of job and successfully replace Arsene Wenger at the Emirates Stadium.

Wise said: “I think this is someone who would be very well suited at Arsenal, defensively and tactically it’s what they need because Arsenal struggle at the back and in midfield.

“He’s won Serie A three times and been runner up in the Champions League so he has experience. But if there’s a situation at Chelsea, maybe there could be swap over where Antonio Conte comes to Arsenal and Allegri goes to Chelsea?”

Mills said: “I think that would be a heart-over-head appointment. Undoubtedly he’s going to be a very good manager but I think it might be a little too soon. I think he needs more experience at the top level.”

“Brendan winning trophies in Scotland is very different to winning trophies in England,” Wise said.

“His style of play is nice but there needs to be a change at Arsenal. So for me it’s a no.”

CARLO ANCELOTTI: Former Bayern Munich, Chelsea and Real Madrid Manger
Wise: “He’s a possibility, he is well respected within the game and everyone thinks highly of him.

“He’s done it at every level and I think that is important. He’s got great experience of the game and if he walked into the Arsenal dressing room, I am sure he would be able to sort it out.”

Mills: “He could be their second choice. If they don’t get that number one choice, he might be next in line as their back-up in the short-term.”

Mills: “I think it would be very difficult. The quality of players you have at Barcelona is exceptional. You throw into that Lionel Messi and you always have a chance, no matter what.

“Has he got enough managerial experience to go into a troubled Arsenal that need a little bit of rebuilding? “I think that one’s unlikely.”

Mills: “If he does well at the World Cup he could certainly become a possibility with Wenger becoming the French manager.”

Mills continued: “He’s got World Cups on his CV. I don’t think he is going to go from Germany to Arsenal where there is no possibility of Champions League next season.

“They are going to have to pay an awful lot of money to play catch-up in the Premier League. If I was him, I wouldn’t be leaving Germany any time soon.”

As the end of the season draws nearer, Arsenal will be likely to announces their replacement for Arsene Wenger, which will be during the Summer transfer window.
