Due to international break setting off this week, we’ll be missing League actions from our favorite European clubs, while it is also a time for club managers to rethink on their tactics for their next match and players to improve in their styles.
With some Celtic players also representing their country, after having being on a surprising form losing to Hearts already in the Scottish League in their start of the season also settling for the Europa League.
However, this international break could cone as a blessing in disguise for the Brendan Rodgers’ team as three of his players could improve.
Despite an interesting form, Celtic players could still develop massively.
One of the players desperately in need of change is England-born Scott Sinclair. He arrived at the Celtic Park in the summer of 2016 for fee of £3million.
The English winger sparked a very fine form for the Bhoys in his first two season with the club, but lately this season Sinclair has been dropped down a bit in his excellent form for Celtic this season having only been able to find the back of the net once this season in 10 appearances already.
The 29-year-old drop in form could see him reduce in game time this season as many of the Celtic fans will be hoping for him to regain his form back.
Scottish international Leigh Griffiths, who plays in the striking role, is also another player who needs to take his performance to a new level for the Bhoys and this international break is the perfect time for that.
The 28-year-old joined Celtic from Wolves during the January transfer window of 2014 from Wolves for an undisclosed fee and since then has been productive under Brendan Rodgers already bagging 100 goals in 190 appearances.
There’s still more room for improvement as he could still improve more having scored just two goals in nine games so far this season.
Kristoffer Ajer moved to the Celtic park back in 2016, the defender just recently started achieving a spot in the Brendan Rodgers’ first team.
The Celtic defender will be needing to work on his silly errors in the defensive department as he will be getting a more strict competition from loan arrival Filip Benkovic.
The Bhoys has not had a bad run this season as they won three games out of four league matches this season including their 1-0 win over long-term rivals Rangers.
